A learning Theory for the Digital age

Hey

I found this last year and it interested me then, now that I have explored more technology for learning, this theory for me has a lot of significance. The main point that, endless amounts of knowledge/information now exist in the public domain and the only barrier is the ability to sift through and navigate the specific knowledge required. The organistation of information and the ability of the learner to obtain and connect to it is reflected by this new learning theory. The approach underpins ones capacity to fully exploit the internet and other multi- media interfaces. This new way of learning needs to have teaching strategies that build and develop a learners capacity for embracing technology.
